LORI-ANN SEETHALER
Past President
Lori-Ann is a Valuation & Customer Relations manager at MPAC. She oversees the valuation of commercial, industrial and multi-residential properties for the City of Vaughan. She has been in the assessment industry for 30 years. She is an Accredited Member (MIMA) with the Institute of Municipal Assessors. She is also a Residential Evaluation specialist with the International Association of Assessing Officers and is an IAAO Instructor. Lori-Ann also is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario.
AMY RAYCROFT
President
Amy is a Manager of Valuation of Customer Relations at MPAC, responsible for the areas of Leeds Grenville and Lanark counties. Amy began her career in 1996 with the Ministry of Finance and is a skilled assessor valuing residential, farm, and business properties. Amy is an Accredited Member (MIMA) with the Institute of Municipal Assessors, and a RES candidate with the IAAO. In addition to the IAAO Ontario Chapter, she serves on the executive for the IMA - District 7.

NEHA KANWAR-BATH

Neha began her career in Assessment in 1997. During her tenure with MPAC, she’s had the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience in various positions. She is a Property Valuation Analyst in the Toronto Office. Neha holds a diploma in Court and Tribunal Agent from Sheridan College. She is an associate member with the Institute of Municipal Assessors (AIMA), a member at International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), and currently pursuing Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE) designation.
KAUSER TASLIM

With 22 years of experience at MPAC, currently working as a Senior Appraisal and Market Specialist under Valuation Research and Advisory Services (VRAS). My current portfolio is to provide strategic valuation and assessment expertise on retail and Industrial mall in order to support the delivery of accurate, transparent and traceable assessments. Develop valuation procedures, conduct detail market research and analytics to support the development of market valuation reports and global valuation parameters and to ensure compliance with valuation standards and best practices. Develop training materials and deliver training to MPAC valuation staff. Develop valuation methodologies and procedures for province-wide distribution.
I hold the M.I.M.A designation with the IMA, I am also a CAE candidate with IAAO and a Senior professional candidate for MRICS, currently volunteering at IAAO for Research and Standards Committee.
DEBORAH BURTON-HEBBES
Vice President
Debbie began her career in 1995 with the Ministry of Finance (now MPAC) and has held progressive valuation positions over her career covering all approaches to value. She is a Valuation & Customer Relations Manager for the Kitchener office, responsible for leading a group of assessment professionals oversees valuation services for the City of Guelph & Wellington County. She has a certificate in Real Property Valuation and a diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. Debbie is an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member with the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) pursuing a Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE) designation.
VERONICA SULEA
Treasurer
Veronica began her assessment career in 2013 with Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC).
Throughout her assessment career, Veronica has had the opportunity to work on various property types using all approaches to value.
As a Property Valuation Specialist in the Toronto Office, she is responsible for leading a team of assessors completing a wide variety of valuation services.
Veronica is currently working towards her CAE designation with the IAAO. Veronica is an Accredited Member (MIMA) with the Institute of Municipal Assessors.
